About the Teacher
My entire teaching career has been in Catholic schools. I began my teaching career at St. Thecla School on the far Northwest side of Chicago. There I taught Junior High Language Arts. After that I moved to Immaculate Conception School also in Chicago. I taught there in 4th and 5th grades for many years until my children were born. When my children reached school age we found St. Alexander School. Now both my children and I come here to learn and grow every day. I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a degree in Elementary Education. I believe that every child will learn and reach their full potential with the love and support provided by caring teachers and supportive families as we have here at St. Alexander School.
